Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective O&M management
- Independently lead and manage a team responsible for the implementation of a specific module or business scope
- Monitor and analyze O&M performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of O&M processes and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors, customer oriented approach with focus on service excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in O&M management, incorporating them into our processes and procedures as needed
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on O&M performance and initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of FLM technicians, Monitor and analyze the KPI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in O&M management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to independently manage and motivate a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of O&M processes and procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools with good excel and ppt skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel as needed.
