Location: Chitwan District, Bagmati Province

Duration: September 15, 2024 to August 31, 2025 (with possibility of extension)

Reports to: Program Coordinator/ Executive Director

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social science/work, rural development, Gender or relevant field, with at least 5 years of demonstrated work experience with an I/NGO, OPDs in disability inclusion and inclusive development.
• Knowledge and engagement/implementation of Financial inclusion, livelihood and gender and disability, OPDs/ CSOs and partnership skills will be value added.
• Knowledge of working modality with Disability inclusion, technologies, agro business.
• CBOs/CSOs capacity development and sub-granting; improving coordination in Community engagement/participation and local government mobilization.
• Technical capacities to implement inclusive livelihood, financial inclusion methodologies and approaches and mobilization including strengthening of OPDs, banking, BFIs, Micro credits, farmer’s groups, Transparency and accountability of livelihood across Local Government (LGs)
• Good verbal and written English and Nepali language
• Experience working with diverse Civil Society Organizations and their meaningful participation in inclusive governance.
• Outstanding communications and networking and reporting skills.
