Type: Fixed term contract of 3.5 years based in Kathmandu.

Education Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s degree in relevant field with 4-6 years of experience OR at least 5 years of experience in GESI with a Bachelor’s Degree including demonstrated ability of undertaking different training programmes.
• Experience in policy advocacy on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI).
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation of GESI.
• Experience in networking/engaging with key actors on GESI.
• Experience in capacity development of project staff.
• Capacity to produce evidence-based, robust program design and public policy recommendations and positions.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, a variety of team members and external contacts, through good written and spoken communication skills.
