Position: Asst. General Manager/ Dy. General Manager/ Dy. Chief Executive Officer

1. Academic Qualification:
Master Degree or equivalent to Master Degree in Insurance, Management, Finance, Account, Economics, Business Studies, Law, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering, Chartered Accountancy.

2. Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate having academic qualification as stated above, should have work experience at least in the position of managerial level for at least 5 years in insurance sector.
He/she should not be disqualified as provided under Insurers Corporate Good Governance Directives 2075.
The candidate should have excellent organizational, leadership, communication and analytical skills.

3. Responsibilities:

The prospective candidate is expected to look after various specialized portfolios like Central Marketing, Actuarial Valuation, Reinsurance, Product Development, Compliance Requirements etc.
Provide direction and leadership for achieving Company’s objectives.
Formulate and implement the company’s strategic and annual business plans.
Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

4. Business Plan:
Candidates are required submit a 4 years business plan which he/she will pursue to achieve the organizational goals at the time of application. He/she should submit a CV with short description of his/her previous experience.

5. Last Date to apply:

6. Performance Agreement:
The successful candidate shall have to enter into a Performance Agreement with the Company at the time of appointment.

7. Remuneration:
As per Company’s Rule.
