Other Specification:

  • Certified CA , or semi qualified CA degree holder from india or Nepal degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role  specially people who have been heads of finance departments would be preferred .
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations and leading cross-functional teams specially in steel industry in nepal . 
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Since this post is second to  only the chairman/ managing director of the company  the candidate  applying should have Strong financial acumen and    have  the capacity to  take responsibility to drive the company's entire operation and ensure growth. 

 

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates with experience inmanufacturing and steel Industries of Nepal.

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s   all the deparments including finance , accounts , manufacturing operations, human resource including production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics.
  • regularly  follow up on all the tax laws  and other financial and adminitrative and labor laws compliance. 
  • Collaborate with the CEO / MD to develop long-term operational strategies and growth plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for operational improvements 
  • Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, including production managers, quality control specialists, and supply chain professionals.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure that all products meet or exceed industry quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality control systems and processes to minimize defects and waste.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing operations comply with relevant industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
