Job Description:
- Oversee and monitor the daily operations
- Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments
- Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards. Put efforts to develop SOP’s and Policies where lacking
- Regularly monitor the new expansion projects of the Hotel
- Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management
- Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property
- Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, on target and accurate
- Maximizing room yield and hotels revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs
- Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment’s and services
- Represent the Hotel with the local and national trade organizations.
Job Specification:
- Masters degree (MBA/MBS)
- Previous 6 to 7 years of experience in relevant field.
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities,Excellent communication skills and Highly organized.
