- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple ad accounts
- 4+ years' experience in Paid Ads Management (Google & Facebook)
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Team player with the ability to train the team whenever needed
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Proven record of quality lead generation from paid ads.
Working Hours : 7 am to 3 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Setup, optimize, and analyze ongoing and new paid ad campaigns (mainly Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads)
- Achieve high-quality results for us and our clients with objectives ranging from content engagement to driving conversions
- Perform research and suggest the most effective ad designs and content
- Analyze campaign metrics, report interpretations with recommendations to the team and clients regularly
- Attend client meetings to understand requirements and present results
- Contact clients to update their progress and answer any queries they may have about their ads
- Research and implement new best ad practices.
