• Take ownership of the academic progress of a class of primary-age pupils, ensuring effective planning, delivery, and assessment of the curriculum to meet the individual needs of students, fostering an environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Embrace a comprehensive approach to education by promoting not only academic excellence but also actively participating in and facilitating students' involvement in Extracurricular Activities (ECAs), Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs), and life skills development, contributing to the holistic growth of each child.
