Job Description:

•  Co-ordinate with the respective department for the requirement of the design
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic according to vesper brand color
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design of the menus, branding and promotion  materials for outlets, events and social media
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand standard
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Amend designs after feedback
• Adequate designing techniques include graphics.
• Working with a wide range of graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and In Design.
• Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas to the management team for feedback
• Managing multiple projects and creative ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• All the designing and illustrating activities for the purpose of branding, marketing via social media, Labeling of the products
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
• Design layouts, including the selection of colors, images, and typefaces
•  Incorporate changes recommended by clients or management into final designs
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in Branding and Promotion of liquor products
• Knowledgeable in Motion Graphics
• Multimedia content development
• Knowledgeable in Photo editing, Video editing
• Must be self-starter, deadline-driven, and able to solve own problems
• Knowledge of Canva is considered an asset
• Experienced in Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design.

• Able to work on your own initiative for creative designs
• Able to work under pressure
• Be open to feedback
• Have a strong work ethic
• Solid understanding of branding and promotion of the liquor industry.
