Job Description:
- Design Creation: Create original visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media platforms, newsletters, brochures, packaging, and advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visual assets.
- Concept Development: Develop creative concepts, design mockups, and presentations for campaigns and projects.
- Illustration & Layout: Create illustrations, icons, and graphics as needed. Handle typography, layout, and composition to ensure professional and polished results.
- Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients, making adjustments to designs when necessary.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize a library of design assets and ensure proper file management.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs innovative and current.
Job Specification:
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong creative skills and an eye for detail to produce aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and present ideas effectively.
