Qualification | Skills:
- 10+2 completed (preferred Bachelor Completed)
- 1 year in customer facing roles (ISP experience preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management, effective problem-solving abilities and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for renewals and Conduct home visits for feedback, payments and device recovery
- Collect payments and manage billing process
- Recover devices from churned customers
- Execute grid-level customer retention and win-back campaigns
- Collaborate with gird, sales, and customer experience teams
- Communicate with customers via calls, SMS, and visits and Monitor churn and suggest improvements based on competitor analysis
- Must have requirement
