Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.
Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
- Work closely with the product and customer success teams to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities for growth.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and other retention initiatives.
Content and SEO:
- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to create high-quality, engaging content that drives organic growth.
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversion and search engine performance.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO and content marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campaign management, social media management, content management or similar role in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative growth ideas.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
