Job Description:
- Accessing offer applications for Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand, USA from in-house and partner agencies
- Responding to the partners and counselor's queries regarding offer applications for different destinations
- Managing all inquiry and admissions related correspondence, and communicating information to relevant staff in the organization
- Coordinating with clients and communicating with the Clients, Counselors and Partners for documentation needs
- Ensuring smooth offer application process through communication of documentation needs, updating recent updates from the education providers in a timely manner
- Complying with the existing compliance mechanism for through quality checks, and maintaining cordial relationships with partners and branches
- Attending Training and seminars for different destinations with the representatives and empowering Admission team of branches and franchises
- Attending any additional job that has been outlined
- Enter and maintain clients’ information in CRM system.
