Qualifications | Skills:

• Master’s Degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the FMCG/Beverages sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams
• Understanding of retail coverage norms in Nepal
• In-depth knowledge of the local market in Province 3 and proficiency in DMS or SFA applications will be preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve top line target with proper planning as per the potential of the territory
• Ensure health growth over L/Y
• Plan and ensure the targeted distribution expansion/visibility
• Plan and execute effective marketing tools as per strategy of the company to increase the market share
• Optimize the cost of Operation
• Timely reconciliation of distributors’ account and ensure timely Bank Guarantee renewals
• Monitor team efficiency and deliver positive results.
