Job Specification:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management with 9 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in a leadership role in the Human Resource Department
- Ability to strengthen the existing HR System
- Ability to implement new systems as per the changing environment
- Proficient in Data Analytics
- Good interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of Human Resource Management and its regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading large, complex HR organizations.
