Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s Degree in the field of Management/ Accountancy/ Economics or Chartered Accountant/ ACCA /CFA.
• Working experience of at least 3 years in Capital Markets/ Brokerage Service Firms/ Financial institutions/ investment management or similar nature experience.
• Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in the field of Management/ Accountancy/ Economics with considerable years of working experience in the role of operation in-charge in merchant banks/broker houses of Nepal can also apply.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  Aware of all the regulatory requirements as per relevant laws of regulatory bodies of Nepal (SEBON, CDSC, NEPSE, NRB etc.) to fulfill the regulatory obligations within the stipulated time.
• Able to develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, variance and reporting.
• Adequate Knowledge of taxation policies and by-laws in context of Nepal.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint etc.)
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Should be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali.

Age limit for all the positions is 21 years completed but not exceeding 45 years as on May 24, 2023. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process.
