Job Description:

• Develop and implement transportation strategies and plans to meet delivery schedules and optimize routes.
• Preferably 10 years and above in related field 
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of the company’s vehicle fleet. Ensure vehicles are compliant with regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to manage and monitor the movement of goods.
• Manage the transportation budget, control costs, and negotiate contracts with carriers and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety, environmental, and legal requirements.
• Supervise and support the transportation team, including drivers and logistics staff. Conduct training and performance evaluations.
• Address and resolve transportation-related issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
