Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-implementation Requirement Gathering, Business Process Mapping and Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD)
- System Setup, Configuration & Implementation
- End-User Training & Post-Implementation Support.
Basic Requirements:
- Solid foundational knowledge in accounting.
- Prior experience with ERP software development companies, resellers, consultancies, or as an end-user.
- Hands-on experience with Accounting and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience (BBA, BIM, BBS preferred).
- Professional Proficiency in English, Hindi and Nepali.
- Must have own transportation.
