Helpdesk Support Executive

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-implementation Requirement Gathering, Business Process Mapping and Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD)
  • System Setup, Configuration & Implementation
  • End-User Training & Post-Implementation Support.

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Solid foundational knowledge in accounting.
  • Prior experience with ERP software development companies, resellers, consultancies, or as an end-user.
  • Hands-on experience with Accounting and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience (BBA, BIM, BBS preferred).
  • Professional Proficiency in English, Hindi and Nepali.
  • Must have own transportation.
