Education Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline Or any equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 15-20 years of total experience in repairing, maintenance, and Plant operation (Electrical and Instrumentation) in cement manufacturing equipment.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role in the cement Industry.

Technical Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of maintenance management methods of predictive inspection tools (SAP & AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of organizational, team building, people management, decision making, budgeting, planning, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of cement products and cement production processes
• Knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and policies.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Skills in Internal and External Organizational relationship management.
