Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and well-maintained.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and communicate with management regarding staffing needs and budgetary requirements.
