Job Description:
- Monitor employee attendance on attendance system and report the discrepancies to the Head of the department
- Maintain leave record and ensure to be leaves are updated in leave card
- Assist in Recruitment & Selection of staff as per the corporate office requirement
- Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files of employees
- Responsible for the on the job orientation for new hires
- Answer internal and external calls in a professional manner.
Job Specification:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in microsoft office (MS word, excel etc.)
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
