Job Description:

  • Monitor employee attendance on attendance system and report the discrepancies to the Head of the department
  • Maintain leave record and ensure to be leaves are updated in leave card
  • Assist in Recruitment & Selection of staff as per the corporate office requirement
  • Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files of employees
  • Responsible for the on the job orientation for new hires
  • Answer internal and external calls in a professional manner.
 

Job Specification:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in microsoft office (MS word, excel etc.)
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
