Job Description:

  • Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide clerical support by drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Support HR and administrative operations by coordinating a range of tasks, ensuring efficient and organized processes within the organization.
  • Coordinate and make arrangements for internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Support other HR and administrative initiatives as assigned.
