Job Description:
The HR Admin is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks within the department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and supporting the needs of employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee files and upload documents. (physical and in HRIS).
- Distribute safety kits and manage medical kits for store openings.
- Handle uniform requests and manage stock.
- Maintain HR stationery and stock levels.
- Input employee data and issue IDs using the HRIS.
- Perform administrative tasks like scanning, photocopying, and attendance monitoring.
- Prepare uniform distribution lists and weekly/monthly attendance reports.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
