Job Description:

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the administrative and operational teams.
  • Implement and improve operational processes and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain office related inventory.
  • Manage office space, leasing, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a safe and functional working environment.
  • Oversee contract negotiation, review, and management for various company agreements, including vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Oversee the company's operation system management as required.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and practices that align with the company's mission and objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable.
  • Lead initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Oversee HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management on HR-related activities.
