Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage employee benefits and leave requests.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office equipment.
- Act as a liaison between employees and HR & admin Manager to address any HR or administrative issues.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
