Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the HR department's daily operations, including the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
- Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Develop and maintain personnel records and ensure the accuracy and security of all HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the security services.
- Candidates who have completed higher secondary education with at least 5 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience can apply.
- Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Age: 30-50 years (applicants outside this age range will not be considered)
- Two wheeler with a valid driving license is required.
Note: Candidates with a background in the Army, Police, or International Security are preferred.
