- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Plan, implement and manage for better running of the office administration and operations
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and hiring analytics
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Liaising with managers and employees to identify and assess training and development needs
