  •  2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
