Job Description:

  • Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive work environment by facilitating communication between management and employees.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and grievances following company policy.
  • Manage the attendance and leave records of employees.
  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant training programs for staff development.
  • Update HR policies and employee handbooks, ensuring they are communicated effectively.
  • Maintain training records and track the progress of employee development plans.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, maintenance, and equipment management.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure timely delivery of services or supplies.
  • Manage relationships with service providers and suppliers for office-related goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all company documents, including employee files, contracts, and other important paperwork.
  • Ensure administrative tasks and reports are completed accurately and on time.
