Job Description:
- Help in daily company operations
- Facilitate in preparing relevant reports and documents
- Maintain office filing system including paper files/file cabinets, shared electronic files
- Facilitate in maintaining office infrastructure
- Coordinate between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Handle other relevant administrative tasks like parking, drinking water, office security, inventory management Store Management Electricity, Network and Internet connection management
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Mail and communicate with clients
- Routine tasks related to Human Resource and Administration
- Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company Orientation of employees
- Training and Development
- Carrying out routine tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling,
- ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
- Carrying out Provident Fund/Social Security Fund related tasks
- Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
- Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
- Any other HR and admin related matters that may arise.

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and good typing skills ( Both Nepali and English)
