  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources and administration.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide employees.
  • Proficient in HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Language Requirements: Hindi - English fluency preferred
  • Manage employee recruitment, interviewing and development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a timely and fair manner.
  • Monitor and maintain HR records and reports.
  • Build and maintain internal employee relations
  • Oversee office maintenance to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
