Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in human resources, recruitment, office administration, and other relevant areas, preferably with an international donor-funded organization. For a candidate with a master’s 10 years of professional work experience is required, for a candidate with a bachelor’s 13 years of relevant technical experience is required. (Subtract one year of relevant experience—9 years with MA or 12 years with BA—for persons of excluded groups)
• Knowledge of local laws and USAID rules and regulations related to personnel management and compliance is desired but not required.
• Previous supervisory experience for HR teams.
• Ability to perform high-level duties and maintain privacy and discretion with minimum supervision.

• Excellent writing, speaking, and reading skills in English.
