HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and address any related inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.Coordinate with the L & D Department for training sessions.
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support in resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Weekly outlet visit and maintain staff coordination.
  • Update HR team with HR related queries from the employees.
  • Maintain ID card records and create requisitions.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Overall responsibility includes helping and assisting the Human Resources Department to run the operations smoothly and timely manner.
