Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Manage employee benefits administration and address any related inquiries.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.Coordinate with the L & D Department for training sessions.
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support in resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Weekly outlet visit and maintain staff coordination.
- Update HR team with HR related queries from the employees.
- Maintain ID card records and create requisitions.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Overall responsibility includes helping and assisting the Human Resources Department to run the operations smoothly and timely manner.
