JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research, recruit, interview, back ground check, hire man power as per the requirement of Office, preparation of job description, staff counselling, grievance handling, implement Office HR Policies, collect relevant documents from candidates, maintain individual staff files, performance evaluation, handling monthly attendance records for payroll-processing, process exit-clearance process of staffs including all other general HR related works as per the instruction by the Management.
Work Station: Kathmandu Office
Qualification: BBS/BBA Degree in Business Management (Specialization in HR Preferable).
Experiences: 2 years of experiences as HR Executive in Manufacturing /Companies of Steels / Electronics Products / FMCG and Trading Business (Import & Export).
