Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and support managers in performance review processes.
- Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives to support professional growth and development.
- Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience 2-3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
