- Master’s in management from a recognized university.
- 2 Years+ Experience in the similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 suite.

Job Description:
- HR data reporting on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis
- Administer recruitment processes such as vacancy design, candidate shortlisting and interviews, recommendation for final selection and induction plan.
- Assist in maintenance of attendance & leave of employees as per policy
- Implementation of training programs and mapping the effectiveness and reporting.
- Support in preparing HR reports, presentations for monthly, quarterly, annual meetings.
- Coordinate and support in administering the Performance evaluation processes.
