Job Specification:
- Assist in Recruitment and Selection: Help with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Administration: Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, managing HR databases, and handling employee inquiries.
