Qualification/Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in BBA/BBS
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing orientation materials and assisting with training sessions
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and kept confidential
- Participate in employee engagement activities and help organize company events
- Provide administrative support by preparing various documents and reports.
