- Responsible for Handling Payroll / Employee Engagement/ Welfare Activities / Mid level recruitment for site plan
- Responsible Talent Acquisition , Training and Development
- Responsible for Performance Management System , including goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback sessions for employees in various departments.
- Responsible for Organizational Development
- Responsible for Manpower Planning and Control
- Responsible for Employee Relationship and Engagement Activities
- Responsible for Statutory Compliance and Liasioning.
Job Requirements
- Preferred 7 years of experience in Food Processing Industry.
- MBA/MSW/PG Diploma (HR management)
- Must Possess excellent communication skills
- Must have knowledge of SAP , Microsoft Office applications such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and industry regulations within the food industry
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring competitive offerings and compliance with legal requirements.
