Job Description:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and local labor laws
- Recruiting, hiring, and training hotel staff
- Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching to employees
- Administering employee benefits and payroll processes
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Managing employee training and development programs
- Handling employee inquiries and concerns related to HR issues
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborating with senior management to develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.
