- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR management with 3-5 years experience
- Candidates with work experience in multi-national company will be added advantage
- Should have knowledge of Nepal Government Labor Law, Tax Policies etc
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and should be able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Job Description
- Payroll processing, calculation of income tax as per the current taxation regulation and National Insurance deposit (SSF/CIT)
- Drafting and recommending HR policies and updating it as necessary
- Handle overall recruitment process as per the requirement, Shortlisting candidates, interview arrangements, selecting proper candidates and process for enrollment
- Co-ordinate and conduct written test for different jobs as required
- Keeping record of good candidates for future requirement
- Maintaining daily attendance record of employees and ensuring proper working environment disciplining the employees
- Organizing and arranging different events and team building activities of the company
- Keeping up to date regarding any benefits trends, recommending benefits programs to management and informing employees of the benefits
- Liaison with other departments and Labor departments
- Other additional duties and responsibilities on an ad hoc basis.
