  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR management with 3-5 years experience
  • Candidates with work experience in multi-national company will be added advantage
  • Should have knowledge of Nepal Government Labor Law, Tax Policies etc
  • Good communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and should be able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

 

Job Description

  • Payroll processing, calculation  of income tax as per the current taxation regulation and National Insurance deposit (SSF/CIT)
  • Drafting and recommending HR  policies and updating it as necessary
  • Handle overall recruitment process as per the requirement, Shortlisting candidates, interview arrangements, selecting proper candidates and process for enrollment
  • Co-ordinate and conduct written test for different jobs as required
  • Keeping record of good candidates for future requirement
  • Maintaining daily attendance  record of employees and ensuring proper working environment  disciplining the employees
  • Organizing and arranging  different events and team building activities of the company
  • Keeping up to date regarding any benefits trends, recommending benefits programs to management and informing employees of the benefits
  • Liaison with other departments and Labor departments
  • Other additional duties and responsibilities on an ad hoc basis.
