Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
- Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
- Update and manage employee records and files.
- Administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
- Participate in the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
- Oversee the performance review process.
- Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to personnel activities.
- Develop and maintain affirmative action programs.
- Manage employee safety, welfare, and wellness programs.
