• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, labor relations performance management, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Nepalese labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
