Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in HR Management or BA-LLB with specialization in HR Management/Labor Law
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Officer in a corporate organization
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR management software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HR department, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Manage employee benefits, payroll, and performance review processes
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and address any employee-related legal matters
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives
- Provide guidance to management on HR issues, including conflict resolution and talent development.
