Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in HR Management or BA-LLB with specialization in HR Management/Labor Law
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Officer in a corporate organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR management software and systems.

 

Note: Institution of  Responsibility/ Assignment  - Corporate Office.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR department, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
  • Manage employee benefits, payroll, and performance review processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and address any employee-related legal matters
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide guidance to management on HR issues, including conflict resolution and talent development.

  • First division in the highest academic degree  
  • Command over written and spoken English with proficiency in communication
