Department – Human Resources
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders to design and drive strategic initiatives
- Gather and analyze data with useful employee metrics (related to onboarding, performance, engagement, attrition, employee connects, etc.) to enable informed people and business decisions
- Design and implement policies and programs
- Partner with third-party service providers to drive initiatives that enhance the various touch points of business and employee experience.
- Help drive the usage of our automation tools meant for people initiatives to its full potential
- Maintain a proactive people connection, understand the pulse of the organization, and work with stakeholders on long-term solutions
- Manage multiple ongoing projects aimed at enhancing business partnering and employee experience
- Keep leaders and management apprised of initiatives, progress, and timelines; provide summaries on various HR Processes and ongoing projects
- Coordinating with the legal team on complex POSH-related matters, employee grievances, disciplinary issues, etc.
- Overall implementation of HR Operations processes – Joining/Induction, Exit, Payroll, HRIS, effectiveness and management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR across partnering for various HR activities
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be flexible & have a detail-oriented attitude
- Must possess strong personal and professional ethics
- Must Know Nepali Typing
- Bachelor’s Degree.
