MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure meeting HR Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the Organization, in line with the annual HR projections.
Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end Employee Lifecycle Processes in line with stipulated SOPs and TAT- Onboarding, Payroll processing, reimbursements & welfare activities for employees in line with policies, employee engagement activities, and employee exits.
Recruitment: Support in recruitment and manage internal Recruitment for the organization.
Implementation of Corporate & Talent Management Initiatives: support the implementation of all HR and Talent Management driven Program.
Employee Connect: Maintain continuous employee connect by conducting various innovative employee engagement activities in a planned manner.
HR Policies: Ensure implementation of existing HR policies, manage employee escalations and provide support to various inputs to frame new HR Policies /upgradation of existing policies.
Capability Building Support: Support Talent Management Team and HRBP in the execution of L&D programs and identified by business relevant programs.
Performance Management Process: Support in implementation of the Performance Management System for regional employees, in line with the corporate schedule across businesses vide laid down procedures and system.
Handle employee grievances in a timely manner and provide necessary inputs to Corporate HR and HRBPs for any process interventions. Management of all HR MIS & Reports for the organization.
