Job Description
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in HR
- Must have 5 to 6 years experience in related field
- Should be flexible to travel
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Higher Exposure of HR
- Ability to identify and hire the Potential Candidate.
