Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role (HR Officer or similar role).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Support the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Monitor employee compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Support the HR Manager in strategic initiatives and projects.
