Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role (HR Officer or similar role).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with HRIS systems.

 

Reports to: HR Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Support the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Monitor employee compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support the HR Manager in strategic initiatives and projects.
