  • 2+ years’ experience in a human resources supervisory position

Job Description:

Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation, and training of new staff members, and managing payroll. Ensure that the organisation you work for can meet its objectives by having the right workforce in place.

 

Deliverables:

  • Development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Managing departments and all employees
  • Development  & implementation of policies, PMS, etc
  • Maintainance of various matters
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

 

Task and Responsibilities:

  • Maintainance regarding matters of payroll, redundancy and employment law
  • Recording and processing confidential information
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Creating and keeping track of the organization’s overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures.
  • Managing and maintaining a setup that promotes optimum performance.
  • Maintain & improve ties between management and employees
  • Analyze the training requirements for any programme 
  • Performing point of contact for all departments
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
