The HR Officer will:
- Implement the recruitment process by collaborating and communicating with the job portals and conduct necessary screening and selection for interview and assessment
- Implement HRMS/HRIS to process remuneration and attendance reports
- Maintain up-to-date information of all types of data, records, and transactions with in the life cycle of employees including personnel data, employment records, salary/benefits, individual tax, provident fund, gratuity records, and insurance records
- Collaborate with the Finance Department and Infirmary department to perform tasks related to income tax and staff's insurance policies
- Prepare and maintain documentation activities of the staffs from hiring till retirement
- Participate in the employee development and engagement activities when required.
